PRESENTATION
A pleasant function took place at the A.31.P. Society’s offices yesterday, when a presentation of a suitcase was made by the staff zo the manager, Mr. G. F. Francis, on the occasion of bis jubilee oT service. Stress was laid on the friendly relations always maintained by Mr. Francis with his staffs. In replying, 3lr. Francis stated that a manager, achieve success, required the loyalty and co-operation of both inside ana field staffs, and that these had been a factor in his career. He also mentioned the enormous growth in the volume oi business transacted by the society since he joined in 1880. An accompany* mgr presentation v.as also made to 31 rs. Francis, 31r. Francis appropriately replying.
