INDIAN’S MACHINE DAMAGED IN FRANCE FLIGHT POSTPONED LONDON, Tuesday. Mohan Singh, the son of a Sikh doctor, who left Croydon in a Gipsy Moth airplane, in an attempt to win the Aga Khan’s prize of £SOO for the first Indian to fly from England to India, and made a forced landing at Noyon, went to Paris and secured a new propeller at Le Bourget. With it he returned by traip to Noyon, intending to go on tomorrow. A message from Noyon says that while Singh was absent in Paris the wind overturned and seriously damaged his airplane. The flight will have to he indefinitely postponed.
