BOY DIES IN FRIGHTFUL AGONY TRAGEDIES AT BRISBANE Kecd. 11 a.m. BRISBANE, Today. Maurice Woods, aged seven, was bathing at Magnetic Island, when he was stung by a number of “Portuguese Men-o-War,” the well-known blue-bottle of the surf. The child was taken to hospital suffering frightful, agony before he died. Three previous deaths have been reported in Australia from similar stings. In each case the victim has been a child.
