RIALTO AND REGENT, EPSOM
The films to be shown again this evening at the Rialto (Newmarket) and Regent (Epsom) Theatres, although silents, are particularly enjoyable. At the Rialto Theatre the films are “The Inseparables,” an engrossing story of Engilsh life and love, starring Annette Benson and other British players; also “One Woman Against the World,” a powerful dramatic masterpiece by Pola Negri, the famous actress. At the Regent Theatre the films are “The Inseparables,” also “Black Magic,” a fascinating and exciting story of adventure with native witchery in the South Sea Islands. Josephine Dunn and Earle Foxe have leading roles. The noted U.F.A. cameraman, Carl Hoffman, has renewed his contract with the Ufa to produce the new Joe May Ufatone picture “The Immortal Vagabond.” which Gustav Ucickv will direct with Liane Haid and Gustav Froelich in the leading parts. The exteriors for this new Ufatone super are being produced at Lienz, Southern Austria, with the aid of the first Ufa recording-buss.
