OUTBOARD RACING
GOOD CONTESTS AT PANMURE BASIN FIRST EVENT ON NEW TRACK
A series of hard racs was held by the Outboard Division of the New Zealand Power . Boat Association on the Panmure Basin this afternoon. This was the first time the Panmure Basin has been used for racing and it was found to be - entirely satisfactory. The shores afforded an unsurpassed view of the Basin and the racing could be seen, from any . part. The weather* was not of the best, but visibility was good and the officials decided to carry on, despite the rain.
