Gerald Walsall Otterson. aged 50, son of the late Mr. Otterson, who for many years was clerk of the House of Representatives. and was himself, until recently, a committee clerk of the House, jumped off the parapet into the court in the centre of Parliament Buildings this 'morning. It was a drop of about 60ft., and he suffered grave injuries.
