The engagement is announced of Phyllis Ellen Frances, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. G. Sheppard, of Herne Ba3 r , Auckland, to Stafford Mason, youngest son of Mr. and the late Mrs. E. A. May, of Cambridge. Mr. and Mrs. George Jackson, of Raglan, announce the engagement of their. third daughter, Elsie Jeanne Jackson, to Victor Sinclair Eagleton, eldest son of Mrs. and the late Mr. Randolf Eagleton, of Auckland.
