There is a touch of the Arabian Nights romance about the marriage of Miss Joan Norton, of Sydney, to Mr. Ben Shashoua, aged 34, a Jew born at Bagdad and now a London stockbroker. He ha 3 been a theatrical producer. The ceremony took place at St. Martin’s registry office at Covent Garden in the presence of half a dozen relatives. Mr. Shashoua was previously married.
