SIMMERING REVOLT
INDIAN BOYCOTT MOVE CAUSES TROUBLE RESISTING FORCES ACTIVE Reed. 11.15 a.m. DELHI, Tuesday. A revolt against the Indian Congress order to boycott the Legislatures is growing. In addition, Madras, where the leaders openly declared their dislike of Western India, which led and carried similar revolts before, is to resist all attempts at boycott. There also seems among the Nationalist leaders of Western India a move to swing over toward accepting a round table conference in London.
