COAL-MINERS’ PAY
COURT TO HEAR ROTHBURY DISPUTE JUDGE’S ORDER CHALLENGED SYDNEY, Friday. Mr. Justice Rich today referred to the Full High Court the application challenging the validity of Mr. Justice Bee by s order for the reopening of the coal mines at the rates of pay obtaining before the stoppage. The High Court will sit at Melbourne on Tuesday, and it is likely that judgment on the application will be delivered on the following Monday.
