GOODWILL MESSAGES TO THE SUN REPRESENTATIVE EXPRESSIONS Seasonal greetings to The Sun from all parts of the Dominion continue to flow in. In this second batch of goodwill messages are a number from members of Cabinet, public organisations and citizens. Our messages are as under: The Hon. T. K. Sidey, Leader of the Legislative Council: Thanks the members of The Sun staff for their good wishes for Christmas .and New Year, which he heartily reciprocates.” The Hon. W. A. Veitch, Minister of Labour and Mines: ‘‘AVarmly appreciates nnd cordially reciprocates the good wishes and season’s greetings of tho members of The Sun staff.” Ho1 ?* Harry Atmore, Minister of Education: “The compliments of tlie season.” The Hon. G. W. Forbes, Minister of Lands: “Cordially reciprocates the seasonal greetings extended by the members of The Sun staff.” . Th e Hon. P. A. de la Perrelle, Minister of internal Affairs: “I warmly reciprocate the greetings of yourseff and members of The Sun staff.” Hon. J. G. Cobbe, Minister of Industries and Commerce: “Best wishes for a happy Christmas and a bright New Year.” Mr. G. F. Dixon, Secretary to the Minister of Defence. Mr. S. Y. Jones, secretary to the Attorney-General. Mr. F. M. Sherwood, secretary to the Minister of Labour. Mr. E. Adams, stationmaster at Auckland. Air. IT. I?. Donald, Chief Postmaster, Auckland, and staff. The Superintendent of Police, Mr. AV. G. Wolilmann. Mr. Harry Frost, chairman of the Management Committee of the Auckland Rugby Union: Conveys the compliments of the season and adds: “I should also like to take the opportunity of acknowledging the many courtesies received by my union from your paper and from the various members of your staff charing the past season. Wishing you all a very successful 1930.”. Mr. M. R. O’Shea, Registrar of the Auckland University College: “I should, like to express my appreciation of the many courtesies which the college and I, myself, personally, have received from your good self, and the other members of the reporting staff.
