BOWLING TOURNAMENT

AUCKLAND CENTRE’S FIXTURE KEEN COMPETITION With three further rounds of section play concluded yesterday, the Auckland Bowling Centre’s Christmas tournament entered a more interesting stage today, when section winners are being determined. Although rain threatened yesterday, the weather fortunately remained fine and the greens played well. In all sections keen and interesting games were witnessed. On Monday section Manners will meet at the Carlton green. Section A is being played today at Dominion Road, section B at Epsom, section C at Remuera, section D at Hillsborough, section E at St. Heliers, and section F at Auckland.
