MAN FELL OVERBOARD

SPANIARD ACQUITTED OF CAUSING DEATH MADRID, Wednesday. A Spanish court at Cadiz acquitted Dr. Francesco Caballero on a charge of responsibility for the death of Angel Rivera, his one-man crew, on a voyage from San Juan via New York. Roberto Lopez, a stowaway on the voyage, corroborated Dr. Caballero’s contention that Rivera fell overboard.
