BATHER DISAPPEARS
MISSING FROM OTAKI BEACH FRIENDS FIND CLOTHES Press Association LEVIN, Today. A young man, Waldye St. George, aged 27, disappeared yesterday afternoon while bathing at Otakl Beach. He was a member of a family picnic party qnd told the others he was going into the water. He was not noticed by them afterward, and they thought he was sun-bathing. In the evening he was reported missing and his clothes were found on the beach. The beach was searched without finding a trace of him. St. George was employed in Wellington aud was visiting his home for the holidays.
