THIS EVENING’S PROGRAMME
WESTMINSTER GLEE SINGERS At tlie Town Hall concert chamber this evening, Mr. Edward Branscombe will present the famous Westminster Glee Singers in the first of a series of return concerts. The programme to be presented this evening is considered the best and most diversified of the whole repertoire and the numbers chosen afford ample scope for the vocal artistry of the adult artists and boy sopranos both in solo and concerted numbers. It is anticipated that tonight’s programme will prove the most popular submitted by these talented singers. The company lias been strengthened by the inclusion of two boy soprano soloists, Harold Robinson and James Humphreys, and also Mr. Alfred Cunningham, England’s greatest baritone who comes direct from a most successful concert season in London. Tonight’s programme is a particularly lengthy one, and patrons are requested to be in their seats by eight o’clock. The box plan for tonight’s performance will be at Coleman’s, tobacconist store, His Majesty’s Arcade, where seats may be reserved.
