CENTRE TOURNAMENT COMMENCES . MANY ENTRIES Despite the wet weather experienced during the past few days, the greens rolled out in good order for the opening of the Auckland Bowling Centre’s annual Christmas tournament this morning. Play commenced shortly after nine o’clock and the first round was completed shortly after 12 o’clock. Over 50 teams entered and the Remuera. Hillsborough, St. Heliers. Auckland.
