DAVIS CUP TENNIS
SIX AUSTRALIANS INVITED FOR TRIALS TEAM FOR NEW ZEALAND Reed. 10.40 a.m. SYDNEY, Today. Six tennis players, Crawford, Hopman. Willard, Moon, Cummings and Hawkes, have been invited to play in the Davis Cup trials at Sydney and Melbourne. From these, Australia's team will probably be chosen, ana the next six best available players will sail from Sydney on February 14 to Auckland for a month’s tour of New Zealand at the invitation of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association.
