Sir George Elliot arrived in Auckland this morning. Mr. W. J. Eroadfoot. M.P. tor Waitomo, was a passenger to Krankton by the Limited today. Mr. J. McCook Auckland manager of J. C. Hytton (N.Z.), Ltd., left by the Marama for a trip to Australia. Mr. J. R- Savory, of San Francisco accompanied by his nephew. Mr. J s’ McMillan, arrived from Wellington yesterday. Mr. L. W. A. Scott, of Toowoomba Queensland, is visiting his father. Dr! W. G. Scott, of Queen Street Onehunga. Sir Henry Buckleton. general manager of the Bank of New Zealand, arrived from Wellington today. He was accompanied by Lady Buckleton. The Hon. J. B. Donald. Minsiter of Industries and Commerce and the Hon. A. J- Stallworthy, Minister of Health! arrived in Auckland by the Limited this morning. The Rt. Hon. J. a. Coates, Leader of the Opposition, who. accompanied by Mrs. Coates, arrived from Wellington yesterday morning, will leave for the North during the week-end. The Rev. Gordon Bell, vicar of the Church of tho Holy Sepulchre, Auckland, will be instituted Archdeacon of Waikato and Vicar of Cambridge by the Bishop of Waikato on January 12. The institutions cf the Rev.
