BODY FLOATING IN SEA

TRAGEDY NEAR CHRISTCHURCH Special to THE SUN CHRISTCHURCH, Today. While fishing off the rocks at Scarborough, near Sumner, yesterday, three boys found the body of a young man floating on the sea. There was a wound in the throat. The body was well dressed, but the clothing gave no clue to the man’s identity. Later it was found that he was Harry Brass, aged 33, a single man employed by the Railways Department as a crane driver. He was an Englishman and had no relatives in New Zealand.
