RED LIPS AND HOW TO ACHIEVE THEM WITHOUT WIELDING A LIPSTICK For those who prefer not to wield the lipstick, but would like a little extra colour in the lips, here’s how to get a charming natural rosiness. Smear the lips with a little cold cream, then rub them briskly for two or three minutes with the finger dipped occasionally as it dries, in eau de Cologne. Cream must always be applied first, as the spirit alone would dry the skin too much.
