LEGAL ECHO OF “BIG BILL” THOMPSON’S RULE ILLEGAL PROSECUTION Reed. 9.5 a.m. CHICAGO, Thursday. Sustaining a writ of certiorari, Superior Judge Pam held that a former school superintendent, MeAndrew, was not guilty of insubordination and that “America First” charges were illegally prosecuted before the school board which ousted Me Andrew during Mayor Thompson’s anti-British activities.
