BODIES FOUND IN SCRUB

TRAGIC DISCOVERY IN SYDNEY SUBURB DEAD MAN AND GIRL United P.A.—By Telegraph—Copyright Reed. noon. SYDNEY, Today. What appears to be a case of murder and suicide was discovered at the Punchbowl suburb. Two bodies found are believed to be those of Wallace Ducie, aged 32, and Jessie Smith, aged 20. They were found in some scrub. A w-eek’s exposure to the weather, and the ravages of ants, had made the bodies almost unrecognisable. The theory of a double murder is not dispensed with. Both victims were shot through the temples.
