PRIZEWINNERS CONGRATULATED Special to THE SUN ROTORUA. Thursday. The breaking-up ceremony of the Rotorua High School was held last evening. Mr. R. B. Nesbitt, chairman of the board of governors, presided. Air. A. R. Ryder read the annual report for the year. The senior division showed an increase of 23 and the junior 7, a total of 30. The roll at the beginning of the year was 305. Air. Ryder said that generally speaking the year had been marked by a fine working spirit in the school. Sir George Fowlds congratulated the prize-winners and referred to the performance of T. A. Carnachan, who gained a senior scholarship. being placed fourth on the list for New Zealand and first for the Auckland Province. The Alayor, Air. T. Jackson, also addressed the scholars.
