HENDERSON FOR GENEVA
WILL RETURN TO LONDON FOR NAVAL PARLEY FRENCH DELEGATES NAMED Reed. 11 a.m. RUGBY, Wednesday. In the House of Commons, Mr. Arthur Henderson, the Foreign Secretary, said he proposed to attend a meeting of the Council of the League of Nations at Geneva in January next, although, owing to ■be forthcoming Naval Conference) he might not be able to remain in Geneva until the end of the session. During the remainder of the session the British Government would be represented by Dr. H. Dalton, Parliamentary Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs. The principal members of the French delegation to the Five Powers Naval Conference will be the Premier, M. Andre Tardieu; the Foreign Minister, M. Aristide Briand; the Minister of Marine, M. Leygues; the Minister for the Colonies, M. Piotri; and the Secretary-General-of the Foreign Ministry, M. Barthelot. They will be accompanied by military experts.
