RECEIVER SENTENCED
ONE YEAR’S IMPRISONMENT press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. John Henry Tolmie was sentenced to 12 months’ imprisonment by Mr. Justice Adams yesterday. Tolmie pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen goods knowing them to have been dishonestly obtained. Prisoner had admitted receiving stolen cigarettes from some boys.
