PLAZA
“THE FOUR FEATHERS” “The Four Feathers,” a CooperSchoedsack production, which is worthy of inclusion with the few really great pictures of the year, continues at the Plaza Theatre. The picture, a talkie, lias been adapted from the popular story by A. E. W. Mason, and is interpreted by an imposing cast, at the head of which appear William Powell, Richard Arlen, Fay Wray, Clive Brook and Noah Beery, all stars with a number of important successes to their credit. Part of the picture was filmed on the actual location of the story in Africa by Merian Cooper and Ernest B. Schoedsack, famous for their production of “Chang.” The supporting talkie items include a gazette in sound, a comedy, a talking and singing scena, “Hawaiian Nights,” and a particularly amusing sketch, with songs by Elsie Janis, the London and New York musical comedy star.
