NEW THEATRE AT TAURANGA
OPENING BY MAYOR From Our Own Correspondent TAURANGA. Tuesday. The official opening of the new Regent Theatre was performed by the Mayor, Mr. B. C. Robbins, on Monday evening, -when there was a full .house. The theatre is up to date in every respect, and a .credit to liie town. A Western Electric talkie machine has been installed and gave great satisfaction. The architect was Mr. West, of Whakatane, the builders Messrs. Biggs and Company, Tauranga.
