DANCE PARTY TO CELEBRATE COMING-OF-AGE
FUNCTION AT EDEN TERRACE A very bright party was given by Mrs. G. Crowe, on Saturday evening, in the Masonic Hall, Eden Terrace, to celebrate the coming-of-age of hex* niece, Miss Amy Cozens. Items much enjoyed by those present were songs by Mr. Long, and fancy dancing by Miss Long. Mrs.Crowe received the guests in a frock of navy crepe de chine. Miss Cozens chose a frilled frock of white georgette, ankle-length with uneven hem. Among the guests were: Mrs. W. Nelson, who wore a frock of black georgette and lace; Mrs. Lric Crowe, biscuit-tinted fiol'al crepe de chine: Mrs Cozens, black satin beaute; Miss O Sidwell, powder blue crepe de chine: Mrs. Cavanagh, floral crepe de chine; Mrs. Islington,- navy blue satin; Mrs. J. Morgan white crepe de chine with silver lace overdress; Mrs. F. Cave, beige crepe de chine and lace; Mrs. K. Turer, black georgette. Mrs. It. Mackrell, peach maro. cam with tunings of royal blue; Mrs. P. Roper, black hand-painted crepe de chine; Mr . s * ]?■ M. Long, black and silver net with floral shawl; Mrs. R. Riley, figured ciepe de chine; Miss Cavanagh, applegreen crepe de chine; Miss McKinlay, black satin. ’ Miss Maude Loureson was in nil georgette and satin with uneven hemline; Miss Stella Morgan, pale blue georgette ankle-length, silverstone trimming; Miss Betty Hood, pink satin; Miss E. McGregor, blue crepe de chine with lemon trimmings; Miss Sadie McKinley, flame taffeta; Miss W. Paget, rose chenille georgette; Miss G. Coker, hand-embroid-ered lace over pink satin; Miss Yvonne Gaffney, blue shot taffeta; Miss Elsie Meson, lemon crepe de chine and mauve georgette: Miss I. Jensen, green georgette with lemon crepe de chine; Miss Doris Orrell, tomato bois de rose georgette with uneven hem; Miss E. Duncan, blue georgette and black shawl; Miss M. Kinlay, black satin; Miss R. Banks, green crepe de chine; Miss E. Gubb guipure lace over pink satin, flame taffeta bow. Miss Jean McKinlay chose green georgette and satin; Miss Lily Reilly, shellpink tulle period frock with embossed georgette corsage; Miss Eileen Roper, apple-green crepe de chine; Miss Iris Blackwell, blue georgette; Miss M. Sidwell, lemon georgette; Miss Betty Blackwell, sea-green satin with silver lace; Miss M. Mackrell, lemon beaded tulle; Miss Tuckey, apple-green georgette over silver lame.
