DESTROYER LOST

WRECKAGE WASHED UP ON COAST CREW OF FOUR MISSING British Official Wireless RUGBY, Sunday. The destroyer Tormentor, which was being towed by the tug Security from Sheerness to Troon to be demolished, broke away from the tug in the gale and a rain storm last Friday. She was quickly blown out.of sight. Her crew consisted of four men from Sheerness. There was no news of her until last night, when wreckage bearing the name “Tormentor” was found washed ashore at Manorbier, six miles east of Pembroke. The fate of the men is unknown.
