ACCOUNTANT IN DOCK

REMAND ON SERIOUS CHARGE Described as an accountant, aged ! 59, Cecil Hollings Green was charged at the Police Court this morning with indecently assaulting a woman. Green was arrested by Constable Butler and the offence was alleged to have been committed on December 16. On the application of Sub-Inspector McCarthy a remand was made until Thursday. The sub-inspector said that accused had been arrested only last evening and inquiries would have to be made. No objection was made to the granting of bail, sub-inspector adding that, as far as he could see at present, it was not a particularly serious case. Mr. Wyvern "Wilson, S.M., fixed bail at one surety of £IOO.
