AVERAGE PRICE OF lid A LB Official returns for the first Auckland wool sale of 1929-30 season show an even lower average than earlier forecasts indicated. Out of a totab of 17,252 bales offered, 15,404 were sold for an average price of £ls 9s 2d a bale. The average price a lb for the sale was 10.947 d. COMPANY REGISTRATIONS Recent private company registrations at Auckland include the following: A. Iv. McDonald (Auckland), Ltd., manufacturers of ice cream.
