BOGUS MARCHIONESS
WOMAN CONVICTED OF BLACKMAIL MAN GETS THREE YEARS SYDNEY, Friday. Frank Arnold, a musician, aged 32, was today sentenced to three years' imprisonment for blackmail. Olga de Falaise, aged 30, who was associated with him in the same crime, was also convicted. The woman was recommended to mercy and was released on recognisances and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within three years. Arnold was ordered to be deported to Canada when his sentence is finished. Arnold and Olga de Falaise had attempted by blackmail to obtain a large sum of money from a country journalist. The woman had claimed to be a marchioness. Arnold is a married man with a wife and two children living in Canada.
