AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL
BILL INTRODUCED IN GERMANY PRINCIPAL PROVISIONS Reed. 11 a.m. BERLIN, Friday. The Traffic Ministry has introduced a bill in the Reichstag for the control of air traffic. It provides that an airplane overtaking another must pass to the left. When the paths of the two planes cross, the machine coming from the left must give way. Planes must give way to airships, balloons, and gliding planes. A height of not less than 600 feet must be maintained over crowds or bridges.
