LADIES’ NIGHT

Masons’ Bright Evening UNITED SERVICE LODGE The Click Clack Cabaret was very gay on Wednesday evening for the annual Ladies’ Night given by the Worshipful Master, officers and brethren of the United Service Masonic Lodge. No. 10. A large number of guests was present, a most enjoyable evening being spent. TN the lounge, summer flowers in A large bowls were charmingly arranged on the tables, and the ballroom formed a bright setting for the colourful pageant of frocks. The guests were received by the Worshipful Master, Mr. 11. N. Hilliard, and Mrs. Hillard, who wore a black georgette frock embroidered in silver. An enjoyable concert programme was given in the first part of the evening, songs being given by the Misses Laura and Ida Walker, Mr. Len Barnes and Mr. Arthur Thomas. Humour was provided by Mr. Han Flood. Mr. J. H. Swan and Mr. Alan McElwain. Supper was served before dancing, which continued until midnight, excellent music being supplied by the Cabaret Orchestra. Many novelties in the form of hats, streamers and confetti helped to create an atmopshere of jollity. AMONG THOSE PRESENT Mrs. J.
