BANKRUPTCY COURT

Discharges from bankruptcy were granted by Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court today to the following applicants: William Robert Troutbeck, builder, of Papatoetoe; Ivan Alatin Curin, farmer, of Tapu, near Thames; Arthur Sydney Roberts, labourer, of Ponsonby. An order for discharge from bankruptcy was also granted to Bruce Cunningham, carrier, of Onehunga, the discharge being suspended from taking effect for six months. On creditors’ petitions, the following were adjudged bankrupt: L. Braham, clothing manufacturer, of Ponsonby, and John H. Bakalich, boarding house proprietor, of Mount Eden.
