BYRD’S SHIP READY AT DUNEDIN WILL LEAVE SOON Press Assoc iatioti DUNEDIN, Today. The Byrd Expedition’s ship City of New York made a trip to the Heads yesterday to adjust her compasses and to test her radio apparatus. The local agents have received a radio* from Commander Byrd that he is awaiting a report from whaling-ship c aptains before issuing sailing orders. The City of New York is ready to sail an a minute’s notice and will probably leave within three or four days.
