PAPAKURA PRESBYTERIANS
NEW MINISTER INDUCTED The Rev. J. If. Bredin, of st. David’s, Palmerston North, was inducted into the pastoral charge of th* Papakura Presbyterian Church last evening. The Moderator, the Rev. T. H. Roseveare, presided over a larg« congregation. The Rev. J. Pattison preached the sermon, the Rev. L>. D. Scott addressed the newly-inducted minister, anil the Rev. Fraser Barton addressed the congregation. Miss Margaret Cooper presided at organ. After the service a social was held in the adjoining hall, where addresses of welcome were given. Mrs. Rredin was presented with a bouquet. Musical items were given by Miss Wvllie. of Papatoetoe, and the Rev. T. H. Roseveare, of Papatoetoe.
