INSANE TAXI-DRIVERS

CHARGE BY CONSTANTINOPLE ALIENIST CONSTANTINOPLE, Monday. The members of the municipal council also side with the doctor, and the council has ordered a periodic examination of chauffeurs, and promises to send to a mental hospital those who are found to be unbalanced.
