Students at St. Stephen’s Maori Boys’ College, after a display of gymnastics on Saturday afternoon, received the congratulations of the Primate, Archbishop Averill, on the splendid physical standard attained at the college. Mr. William C. Morris, the headmaster, addressed the visitors, including representatives of the Diocesan Trust Board and the Akarana Maori Association, and Mr. L. W. Parore spoke for the Maori race. The boys were directed in pyramid formation, vaulting and tumbling by Mr. Patrick Smyth.
