FAILED TO HAVE ACCOUNTS AUDITED TWO TE AROHA LAWYERS Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. John Charles Carroll and J. P. Somers, solicitors In partnership at Te Aroha, were each fined £SO and costs today for fajlure to have their trust accounts audited within the prescribed time. The penalty is the minimum, and was recognised as heavy by Mr. Tudhope, assistant-Crown Solicitor, in view of the fact that the accounts were in order and the case was one of pure procrastination.
