FLYING IN WAIKATO
FIRST CLASSES MONDAY LATEST ACTIVITIES From Our Own Correspondent HAMILTON, Friday. The first lessons in flying to be given in Hamilton will commence soon alter daybreak on Monday if weather conditions are suitable. Hamilton Airways, Limited, has been busily enrolling pupil members during the last few weeks, and are using an area at Rukuhia as a temporary training ground until the permanent airdrome is completed on Mr. D. Bryant's property at Te Rapa. A new aero club has been formed at Te Awamutu. and landing rights will probably be obtained on an excellent site. Next Monday a meeting will be held at Te Aroha to consider the instruction scheme as a ground is available and several leading citizens are keenly interested in the promotion of flying. Clubs are also being established at Morrinsville and Rotorua
