ACTION STRUCK OUT

DEAN’S INJUNCTION AGAINST BISHOP

ARBITRATION SETTLEMENT From Our Own Correspondent HAMILTON, Today. On behalf of Dean Barnett, Mr. N. Johnson this morning asked that the proceedings be struck out in the Dean’s filed action against Bishop Cherrington. He said he was pleased to state that the parties had agreed to settle their differences by arbitration. Mr. H. C. M. Norris, on behalf of Bishop Cherrington, formally asked that the interim injunction against the Bishop be dissolved. Mr. Justice Herdman expressed his satisfaction that the matter had been thus settled, and struck out the proceedings and dissolved the injunction.
