CRASH INTO FENCE

CAR CAPSIZES AFTER COLLISION

A five-seater motor-car travelling south at Mercer on Wednesday evening, driven by Mrs. R. B. Lusk, of Auckland, collided with a car driven by Mr. Robert Henry Whitten of Hamilton. Mrs. Lusk’s car apparently skidded, and after the collision shot through the railway fence near the station and capsized on the railway line. Mrs. Lusk later drove the car away She escaped injury, and Mr. Lusk who was also in the car, received a cut on the wrist. Railway traffic was held up till the car was removed.
