INSURANCE COMPANY MANAGER’S DEPARTURE

PRESENTATIONS MADE The field and office staff of the Auckland branch of the T. and G. Assurance Society met today to bid farewell to Mr. C. IT. Davis, inspector in charge of the local office. Mr. Davis has been ti’ansferred to Adelaide and it is hoped that his health, which has been unsatisfactory lor some time, will benefit by the change. A number of presentations were made by the various staff divisions today and in replying, Mr. Davis said that his 10 years' occupancy of the Auckland managership, had been a \erv happy period. He hoped that some day he would be transferred back to New Zealand again.
