£20,000 LOAN POLL CARRIED

The proposal by the Bay of Plenty Power Board to raise a loan of £20,000 fo.r extensions of the system was carried at a poll of ratepayers today by a big majority. Details are:—For the proposal, 225; against, 15. The total number of ratepayers is £2,346.
