“I put the lights out. and about five minutes later 1 heard someone speak ing. and saw Mr. Lowe standing by the door talking to the attendant. H, said. ‘Will you go and ask my wif], to come to me. She is in an adjoinins carriage.. 1 am feling queer. I hav, had a haemorrhage or something.' H, then lay down again.

"Mrs. Lowe arrived in about three minutes, and in my opinion Mr. Lost was then dead.”

Dr. Mae Diarmid testified that Mr Lowe had been suffering from degor.. oration of the heart, alternating with attacks of angina pectoris, and a verdict of death from natural causes was returned.
