HAMILTON CASES Special to THE SUN HAMILTON, Today. A claim for £468 was brought at the Hamilton Police Court today against Frank William Luxford, public accountant, of Hamilton, by Victoria BLiildings, Ltd. Plaintiff alleged that a loss was suffered as the result of Luxford’s negligence in giving a certificate to a balance sheet, which was later proved to be inaccurate. Long evidence of an expert nature is being heard. Alfred William Crighton Slipper was remanded on a charge of theft of £l7 18s at Mangapehi.
