FLYING BOAT TO PAY VISIT

From Our Own Correspondent WHANGAREI, Today. The Whangarei Harbour Regatta Association met on Friday evening, and the secretary presented a report of his recent visit to Auckland on behalf of the association. He stated that he had interviewed the proprietor of the Dornier-Libelle flying-boat and tentative arrangements had been made for the boat to visit the Whangarei regatta on New Year’s Day. If the visit eventuates exhibition flights will be given and short trips will be available for the public.
