HOLIDAY BOOKINGS
HEAVY LIST IN SOUTH
Preparations are being pushed on quickly in the South for the reception of what is confidently expected to be a record tourist trade. This summer promises to be as full of gaiety and movement as any in the past in spite of the busineses depression which has
lingered throughout the winter. It is reported that bookings already made at such places as Mount Cook, Queenstown, Milford Sound and Stewart Island suggest that accommodation will be taxed to- the utmost.
