MOTHER OF STRANGLED TWINS ANOTHER REMAND For nearly four months Annie Elizabeth Cubis has been in the Mental Hospital, Avondale, with a charge o£ murder hanging over her head. She was first charged at the Police Court with murder on August 6. the day when her twin babies, Timothy Brian and William Arran, were found strangled at the Dominion Road home of the Cubis family. At the Police Court this morning, Chief-Detective Hammond was granted a remand sine die owing to the woman's continued bad mental state.
